Our Chef, Christophe, offers a variety of dishes. Our specialties are made with traditional Basque and local flavors, secrets that are known to Christophe!

Mountain Specialties (Tapas of cold meats and local cheese, black pork sausage from Bigorre, marrow bones, garbure with homemade duck confit, raclette, fondue, Mont d'Or, tartiflette, croziflette, blueberry tart...)

Basque specialties: Basque charcuterie and cheeses, squid, cod à la Luzienne, piperade, stuffed piquillos, veal axoa, Basque cakes (cream, cherry and Espelette pepper chocolate)

Ch'tis specialties: Flemish stew with dark beer and gingerbread, maroilles tart, Welsh, Liège waffle, speculoos frozen dessert...

We operate mainly with fresh and local products and, therefore, certain dishes can be made to order.

In winter, we have traditional dishes such as garbure, raclette and tartiflette, which the whole family will love.

We also serve famous Basque cakes with black cherry or cream, veal axoa with chives, stuffed piquillos, chipirons or local meat that will make your mouth water all year long.

Christophe can also plan meals for families or events (weddings, birthdays, communions, baptisms, etc.) upon reservation. He will prepare a meal adapted to your budget.
