1. Collection of personal data

  • Browsing data: this comes from general browsing of the website. The purpose for which it is processed is detailed in article 6.2 – Cookie management policy of the legal notice. It is collected on the legal basis of explicit consent.
  • Prospects & customers identification data (surname, first name, e-mail, telephone): originating from the Contact, Reservation, Gift Certificates and Group Offers pages, it is collected on the legal basis of explicit consent for the following processing purposes: collection and processing of data to respond to incoming requests.

The information collected is kept for the time necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes. Cookies and/or log files are also used, as indicated in the following section, to gather information about you.

2. Rights & data security

2.1 Right of opposition and withdrawal

We are committed to offering you the right to object to and withdraw your personal information. The right of opposition is understood as being the possibility offered to Internet users to refuse that their personal information be used for certain purposes mentioned at the time of collection. The right of withdrawal is understood to be the possibility offered to Internet users to request that their personal information no longer appear, for example, on a mailing list. 2.2 Right of access

2.3 Data security

The personal information collected is kept in a secure environment. Visitor statistics are kept indefinitely. Persons working for SARL GOIKO ARGIA are required to respect the confidentiality of your information. To ensure the security of your personal information, the following measures are in place:

  • Automated computer back-up,
  • Data stored on European territory only,
  • Implementation of a security certificate to ensure secure browsing.

Furthermore, we are committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality of your messages. 2.4 Data retention period

The personal data collected is kept only for as long as is necessary for the full exercise of the aforementioned purposes. In relations with our customers, the data will be kept for the same period as that required by law and the statute of limitations imposed by our contractual obligations.
For prospects, data will be kept for 3 years from the last incoming contact, whatever the form (e-mail, telephone, letter, physical or telephone appointment). At the end of this period, SARL GOIKO ARGIA undertakes to delete all data.

We undertake to comply with the legislative provisions set out in European Regulation No. 2016/679 (known as the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR).
