Chef Christophe (Ch’ti) will tantalize your taste buds with generous, tasty, homemade-cooked cuisine with local mountain, Basque and Chti accents. Fresh local produce and a menu that adapts with the seasons. You’ll enjoy one of our 2 outdoor terraces (one on the stream side, the other on the mountain side) in fine weather, as well as the conviviality of our indoor dining room, with its superb view of the mountains opposite!
For half-board and full-board guests, we offer an all-you-can-eat buffet made from fresh, homemade, local, and generous ingredients, which change daily depending on what’s in season!

Our restaurant has 2 terraces : one on the stream side and one on the mountain side. In summer, the stream-side terrace is particularly popular, as the air stirred by the small waterfall is often cooler. Late evenings on the wooden terrace, where the stone walls give off all their warmth, are much sweeter!

Meet the Germ's Inn Chef !
Chef Christophe was born in Hautmont, in the Nord region of France, where he began his schooling until the age of 13. He then moved to Bayonne, on the Basque coast, and obtained his CAP and BEP in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port.
Cooking then became a real passion, and he seized the opportunity to go to Geneva, Switzerland, for the seasons.
He continued his training there for a year before returning to Saint-Jean-de-Luz, where he learned to make his famous and much-loved Basque cake.
In 2002, he finally settled in the Louron valley, where he brings us his Chti-Basque cuisine.
His family-run inn is itself decorated in the colors of the Basque country, with a warm, cocooning and relaxed atmosphere.
