New at the Auberge de Germ During school holidays and busy periods, the Auberge offers all-you-can-eat buffets made with fresh, local and generous home-grown produce. The buffets change every day depending on what’s available! Of course, you’ll always find our must-try dishes on your plate: piquillos stuffed with tuna, chipirons, local lamb, rib of beef
