New at the Auberge de Germ
During school holidays and busy periods, the Auberge offers all-you-can-eat buffets made with fresh, local and generous home-grown produce. The buffets change every day depending on what’s available!
Of course, you’ll always find our must-try dishes on your plate:
piquillos stuffed with tuna, chipirons, local lamb, rib of beef and Basque cake
Come and discover our salad bar with fresh vegetables and fruit, local cold meats and cheeses and other fresh produce that changes every day, a hot buffet of meat and fish in sauce or grilled, a hot buffet of side dishes such as gratins, braised vegetables, creamy risotto… and an assortment of desserts (Basque cake, chocolate mousse, crème brûlée, tiramisu, blueberry tart, chocolate fondant…) and ice creams or sorbets.
At weekends, weather permitting, the buffet is complemented by an assortment of meats, fish and vegetables grilled in the BRASERO!
